The HR Director reports to the HR VP of R&D, Global Supply and Global Operations, and supports the PepsiCo Global Operations teams, the Global Procurement function, the Global Operations Productivity teams, as well as Global Security, Global Transformation, EHS, and Global Real Estate. The HR Director and their team are accountable for all day-to-day HR support, as well as setting and leading the strategic HR agenda for their assigned client group, including a substantial talent and transformation agenda. The assigned client group is comprised of over 2,500 employees worldwide, in a very matrixed, rapidly transforming, dynamic organization. The Director is accountable for employee relations, performance management, org design, and leadership development. partners with management to plan and execute strategic HR initiatives that support the business and drive its transformation.

This role is responsible for all HR Fundamentals (comp, benefits, staffing, etc.), Employee Relations, and Change Management. Working closely with the Leadership team to advocate for employees and partner with business teams to inspire greatness in our people, evolve the culture and drive sustainable business growth.

The HR Director manages a team of 3 direct reports (Senior Manager, Associate Manager, Senior Representative), 1 matrix report (HR Coordinator) and oversees the global HR agenda for 8 HRBPs in the global sectors (1 AMENA, 2 ESSA, 3 LatAM, 1 FLNA, 1 PBC) who support Global Operations and Global Procurement.

* Primary day-to-day and strategic HR contact for 2,500 employees in very diverse, global, matrixed functions, as well as HRBP support for 1 Executive Vice President, 10 Sr. Vice Presidents, 17 Vice Presidents.

* Support and guide Senior Vice Presidents, their Leadership Teams and team of deeply-specialized professionals regarding Company policies, HR programs (benefits, pay and career) administration and interpretation to ensure policies and procedures are handled consistently and in a timely manner.

* Lead, plan and execute organization development initiatives as needed by business partners, such as organization design, change management, organizational effectiveness programs, employee coaching, career development

* Drive people planning within client group and partner with sector HRBPs to ensure a global view of talent.

* Provide comprehensive HR support for the clients specified above, including exceptional execution of Performance Management Process, Organizational Health Survey, 360/Hogan Assessments, MQPI, job evaluation, employee relations, and day-to-day HR activities

* Executive Coaching - target-rich environment for coaching of multiple senior leaders across various geographies

* Proactively work with clients on strategic workforce planning, including critical role talent planning, elevating performance and developing succession plans for key leadership roles in the organization.

* Develop and execute a talent strategy to support business agenda

* Organizational Design - to better leverage common elements across the Region/Function organization

* Contribute to the thought leadership of managing and developing Region/Function talent at PepsiCo

Qualifications:

* B.S. Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Industrial/Labor Relations, or similar field required. Master's degree is preferred.

* 10+ years' experience in HR generalist or similar role, with strong organization capability/organization development.

* Experience working in a large, matrixed corporate environment.

* Must be willing to travel 10% with ability to travel internationally.

* Knowledge of Immigration and employment laws and processes required
