About this role:

The CommunicationsManager role will work with a global team to execute internal communicationsstrategy and manage a broad range of communication activities, including changemanagement, culture, and HR-related communications that support the continuedgrowth of the company worldwide.

What you'll do:

Create Messages andCampaigns

* Develop editorial plans and write and/or coordinate copy for a variety of formats, including memos, scripts, presentations, blogs, emails, and other materials for corporate and HR audiences

* Develop and execute internal communication campaigns, including idea generation, development of project plans, and management of partner constituencies

* Develop content that drives employee engagement, effectively communicates change, and promotes Gartner culture.

Manage CommunicationChannels and Programs

* Support the HR function as it transforms the strategic role it plays in a rapidly growing organization. As part of an overall change management program, communicate changes within the HR function and to associates worldwide.

* Partner with Internal Communications team to continually evaluate existing channels for message efficacy and audience impact and to explore and launch new channels; innovate editorial approach and user interface of existing channels to engage staff and explore and launch new channels as needed

* Manage portions of the intranet, including contributing to content creation and maintenance of the home page and HR subpages and the development of new portals while measuring hit rates and message penetration

Business Unit andInternal Client Partnerships

* Manage relationships with global cross-functional contacts and Business Unit partners to support business outcomes and ensure a consistent and/or tailored service model as needed

* Work collaboratively with internal resources including the HR team and Gartner at Work intranet team to drive initiatives

Whatyou'll need:

* Bachelor's degree in business or communications

* 5+ years of experience in an internal communications, public relations, corporate communications or marketing role

* Experience working with multiple stakeholders including senior executives in a professional, fast-paced environment

* Experience in developing and executing communication plans utilizing a range of media

* Exceptional collaboration skills

* Ability to manage and prioritize excellent work on projects with deliverables across multiple time horizons while demonstrating exceptional attention to detail
