This is a 1st shift position.

TTM Stafford is looking for dedicated people to join our growing team! As a Production Associate, you will work in a fun, team-oriented environment, operating production equipment and performing a variety of tasks. Your strong attention to detail and safety orientation would play a key role in producing the printed circuit boards. We offer training for those that have never worked on printed circuit boards.

We have a unique work schedule which entails working alternating 4 day & 5 day weeks.

1st Shift ? 7:00AM ? 3:30PM (5 Day Week) & 6:30AM ? 4:00PM (4 Day Week)

2nd Shift ? 3:15PM ? 11:45PM (5 Day Week) & 3:45PM ? 1:15AM (4 Day Week)

3rd Shift ? 10:45PM ? 7:15PM (5 Day Week) & 9:45PM ? 7:15AM (4 Day Week)

The Production Associate in the Final-Audit Inspection department is involved in the inspection and rework of products to ensure quality.


* Monitors and produces product quality by initiating actions to prevent the occurrence of product nonconformity, identifying and records any quality problems, initiating, recommending, and providing solutions, verifying the implementation of solutions, and controlling further processing delivery of nonconforming products until the deficiency has been corrected.

* Auto Optical Inspection of Printed Circuit Boards at various stages of build-up, drilled and non-drilled inner/outer layers, artwork, Imaging resist, etched copper, and soler-plated surfaces before fusing.

* Communicates regularly to supervisors and managers, suggests and composes procedural changes, maintains a clean, safe work environment, and communicates to supervisors safety hazards and issues.

* Generates, accumulates, and handles hazardous wastes generated in daily operations, as directed by the Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager.

* Responsibilities include the reporting of all accidents, near misses and safety concerns. Perform their job duties utilizing the required and appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Full participation in safety training and the ability to understand and follow the directions identified in Job Safety Analysis (JSA), PPE Assessments, Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and all Safety Procedures and Alerts.

Job Qualifications and Prerequisites:

* High school diploma or GED is required.

* Has good English communication skills and mathematical skills.

* Has good reading vision, color discrimination, depth perception, and the ability to speak clearly.

* Ability to perform routine tasks.

* Must be a team player and must work well with others.

* Must adapt to a changing environment.

* Ability to work up to 10 hours a day and is flexible to work overtime when needed.

* Able to lift up to 40 pounds, bending, leaning, sitting and/or standing for entire shift.

* Flexible and able to cross train to work in any position throughout both buildings.

* Ability to safely work or come in contact with chemical, physical (noise, etc) or biological agents.

* Regular attendance is an essential job function of this position.

* Due to ITAR requirements, applicants must be a U.S. Citizen or a Permanent Resident.

Export Compliance: Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation.
