The Facilities & Corporate Supervisor provides leadership and management for all the facility and corporate services functions at Epsilon's facilities. A proactive approach to supporting the day to day office functions that is conductive to the fast paced business climate. This role is responsible for overall management of the facility and is expected to implement best practices while providing an exceptional workplace for employees.

Primary responsibilities include:

* Oversee maintenance of facilities including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, security, AV etc.

* Responsible for facility service review, audits and corrective action

* Manage physical and system security to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures

* Responsible for purchasing, develop scope, manage bids, vendor setup, issue contracts and purchase orders

* Responsible for space planning and management, executing associate moves, renovations and installations of facilities assets and equipment

* Responsible for building emergencies

* Responsible for office supplies and breakroom stocking

* Responsible for directing and scheduling projects insuring they are completed on time and within budget

* Responsible for employee dining

* Coordinate and setup resources needed for conference rooms and meetings

* Coordinate and setup resources for employee office social events and town hall meetings

* Manage all incoming/outgoing mail, packages and deliveries for the office

* Manage business centers to ensure appropriate supplies are replenished and equipment is in working order

* Interface with facility vendors and building personnel

* Develop and manage site budget

* Manage and develop Facilities staff


* Previous facilities experience is a must 3 years

* Facility Management Professional (FMP) credential a plus

* Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize

* and multi-task

* Willingness to take initiative and resolve problems

* Knowledge of facilities management, furniture, space planning and building systems with 5 years' experience in a high growth company

* Service oriented with strong communication skills. Ability to interface with associates at all levels

* Self-motivated, proactive team leader

* Proven skill in strategic planning, forecasting and annual budgeting

* Demonstrated ability to develop successful relationships and influence customers, both internal and external

* Expert understanding of employee services including food service, conference center operation, and group meetings

* Proven ability to work with and motivate outside vendors

* Detail oriented and results driven

* Proficient in MS Office Suite
