DUTIES: Responsible for aggregating, manipulating and storing large databases of customer behavior and interactions with them in database and utilizing these databases to segment customers based on attributes or behaviors to fuel the strategy for email campaigns and email communications. Create and act on statistical data work and insights. Interface with IT and the email business team. Work with database query languages and Hadoop systems to manipulate data. Work to find new data sources and integrate them as needed. Build a reporting framework to measure the impact of email communications and promotions.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Marketing Analytics, Econometrics or related and 3 years of marketing science experience. Experience with marketing analytics, customer segmentation, statistical modeling, pricing analysis, reporting and analytics. Experience in big data systems and manipulation and coding in R and SQL. Experience with query languages and statistical packages R, SPSS or SAS.
