Individual must have excellent customer service and ability to provide quotes and pricing to customers. Thoroughly process orders with accuracy. Must have the ability to roll up their sleeves. Candidate needs strong communication skills to answer phones and handle correspondence. Ability to work under pressure and handle deadlines and not be a clockwatcher! Promotional Products Company Experience a plus as well as CRM experience.
