Executive Assistant (Part Time)
Need a smart, on-the-go, EA to provide high level administrative support for CEO. Responsibilities would include managing phones, meeting coordination, preparing reports and financial data, customer relations; perform general office duties; create all travel itineraries and maintain Outlook calendar; process expense reports, conduct research, etc. 3-5 years’ experience working for high level Executive preferred. Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Positive and professional attitude, team player and able to multitask. 25 Hours per week: Monday thru Friday - 10am - 3pm!
