SUMMARY: Assist in providing The Jewish Senior Services with single point-of-contact for timely technical support and problem resolution as part of the Information Technology Department. Perform any and all necessary support functions required to assist end-users with problem resolution, setup of new systems and supported applications. Provide status updates for IS service & support requests.

Reports To: Coordinator, Applications

Titles Supervised: N/A

Hours: Days 37.5 hours

DUTIES

Essential Responsibilities:

1.Provides technical assistance and support for incoming call and issues related to computer systems, software and hardware.

2.Install, modify and repair computer hardware and software.

3.Assist with printer setup and support.

4.Assist with the administration of network related login accounts.

5.Maintain IT inventory using inventory tracking software.

6.Accurately log all help desk issues and resolutions using tracking software.

7.Be helpful, cheerful and visible in the help desk function and available to users requiring technical assistance.

8.Other related duties as assigned.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or GED.

Experience:1 year of related help desk experience preferred.

Licensure: A+ certification.
