Construction Project Manager ? Large Scale Commercial Construction

This is a full time direct-hire position with an excellent compensation package which also includes benefits, PTO, vacation, 401K, etc.

Our client is a very established reputable firm that has been in business for 20 years. They are looking to add to their PM team and are seeking an experienced Construction PM with a heavy Commercial Construction background.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire life cycle of projects including: procurement, scheduling, field oversight, vendor oversight, travel to job sites for field visits, as well as submittal, document, budget controls and other reporting systems. Each Construction PM is responsible for approximately 10-20 million in yearly revenues.

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor?s Degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
Minimum of 3+ years of Project Management experience, with a minimum of 5 years on construction industry experience.
Adherence to contract requirements: (Certified payrolls, LEED submittals, Lien Releases, Insurance, OSHA, safety, etc)
Must have Document Control software experience
Must have Project Scheduling software experience.
PE License is preferred but definitely not required.
