My client, located in New Haven CT is seeking a part time Office Administrator. The hours for this role will be M-F 10:00am-3:00pm. Since this is a permanent opportunity, you will have to be comfortable with these hours going forward. Responsibilities include:

* Data entry in to on-line Pre-Qualification Forms

* Data entry in to on-line Projects in Bid database

* Assist with Updating/Downloading Bid documents for Business Dev level review

* Manage and Organize Bid Binders

* Assist in managing web, email and telephone based new project inquiries and forward to appropriate Team Member

* Assist in research of materials, potential subcontractors, partners for project bid

* Assist in preparation of Bid Packages - Printing, Packaging, Drop offs

* Support Business Development/Sales Team in preparation for business development events, travels and meetings

* Support, if directed, to provide assistance on BD/Sales related enquiries

* Assist with administrative and general office duties including mail, database maintenance, filing and organizing.

* Assist with calls and email communications during BD/Accounting Team absence.

* Input payments into NAV (Accounting software) also known as Great Plains

* Obtain notarized signatures on construction documents from proper Team Managers - (i.e. pay applications and lien waivers) If you would like to apply for this role, please send your resume directly to
