Custom Home Sales Consultant's average compensation- $90K ?? Top consultants are earning between $100K to over $300k. ?? 1st year target income $60-90K ?? 16 week training wage- $3,800- begin selling week 4 ?? Additional $6,200 training wage plus commission based on minimal quota. ?? Expense program- for tolls and parking, customer related expenses ?? Cell phone, Car allowance and mileage reimbursement
