We are in search of a Talent Recruiter to join our Recruitment Team. This person will be responsible forfull life cycle recruitment, with a focus on creative sourcing of candidates for positions, domestic and international. A key responsibility for this role is maintaining theSubway?? brand and creating a GREAT candidate experience.

Responsibilities include:

* Full life cycle recruiting

* Writing job descriptions and job postings

* Sourcing of candidates through utilization of alternative methods (social media, universities, professional organizations, etc.)

* Participation in job fairs

* Maintaining and providing weekly recruitment metrics


The ideal candidate will have:

* Bachelor's Degree

* Min. 3 years high volume recruitment experience, including technical recruitment,digital a plus

* Excellent communication skills

* Vast network for candidate sourcing

* Experience with writing job descriptions

* Working knowledge of ATS

* Solid analytical skills, ability to create reports and recruiting metrics

* Experienced in all aspects of the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.

* Experience with sourcing for all levels of positions

* International recruitment experience a plus.
