* POSITION SUMMARY:

The Receptionist reports directly to the Executive Assistant and is primarily responsible for answering and monitoring all incoming calls and for receiving and directing all persons entering the facility to the proper areas and / or persons. Provides general typing and secretarial services.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION

* Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

EXPERIENCE

* Some previous clerical work experience as a Receptionist or in a Secretarial capacity is desirable but not required.

COMPETENCIES

* Must have good clerical skills and at least a basic working knowledge and ability in using Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.

* A basic knowledge of Publisher software would is also desirable.

Operates with efficiency Woodlake's multi-line phone system. Directs and transfers calls to the appropriate party.6. Maintains the visitor log.7. Operates basic office equipment such as the Fax machine, copier and postage meter.8. Distributes all mail to it's proper destination.
