Express Employment Professionals is looking for an office manager with a vast spectrum of experience.

Your work will include Office Administrative work, some accounting, data/order entry, office support, marketing projects as well as client and prospect involvement. Administrative / receptionist duties include: Handling phone calls, light computer file maintenance web and graphic design work and some data entry of purchase orders and scheduling. Also processing HR paperwork for new hires.

Serve as Administrative Assistant to the site lead. Marketing duties include: Researching potential clients. promotional material ordering. Light Accounting A/R work using Sage 50 for logging entries and follow up on overdue accounts.

If you have good communication, data entry and telephone skills, and like working in a professional, yet small office environment, you will love this long term temp evaluation hire assignment. This is a terrific professional office environment. They have a normal work week: M-F 8 to 4:30. Pay will be up to $15 depending on experience.
