Job Description:

JRK has an immediate need for an experienced Facilities Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a top candidate that seeks challenge and growth potential. Duties and Responsibilities include: Walk property daily and inspect vacant apartmentsAddress all maintenance emergencies in a timely fashionHelp maintain and repair structural, plumbing, and electrical issuesOversee and maintain HVAC systemsPrioritize service requests, Make-Ready board, maintain service records, and inspect all work assignments for completionMaintain regular and on-call work schedules appropriate to property needsAssist with move-in and move-out procedureHelp maintain grounds cleanlinessHelp paint and turn vacant unitsHelp clean and repair swimming poolsMaintains a loss prevention program to protect the Company's safety and compliance issues and company's assetsEnsure that apartment turns are executed in a timely fashion and manage the number of rent ready unitsEnsures that the Property is in compliance with all Local, State and Federal employment laws, including wage and hour, breaks, human rights and equal employment opportunities and OSHAOther duties may be assigned as needed Minimum qualifications: Minimum 4 years experience in property maintenanceHVAC/EPA CertificationPrevious experience in managing 2 or more subordinatesProfessional appearance and demeanorStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience with light carpentry, electrical, and plumbingHVAC and other required certificationsTeam player with excellent leadership, supervisory, analytical and reasoning skills.
