Job Description:

Title: Customer Service Center Data Processing Rep Location: Glastonbury, CT Duration: Right to Hire Bachelors degree a MUST Job Description: The Customer Service Center Data Processing Representative provides support to our base of large aerospace customers in entering data, running test cases, writing instructions and tracking issues. Responsibilities may include all data entry and cross training with specific software providing help desk functions for a variety of teams. Essential Functions ?? Provide premier customer service via phone and e-mail. ?? Data entry and quality checking for accuracy in a variety of data systems. ?? Log action items and search knowledge base for known resolutions ?? Provide a point of contact for customers and the technical teams. ?? Supply information to managers and program leads about issues status, help resolve action items in the proper priority. Qualifications - Required ?? Bachelors Degree ?? Ability to work independently and quickly switch between tasks as required ?? Ability to understand technical processes related to mechanical systems and software ?? Knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook ?? Must be organized and have strong attention to detail ?? Ability to communicate with a diverse clientele and team members ?? Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills ?? Ability to make decisions, set priorities, and work as a team Qualifications - Preferred ?? Experience with complex mechanical systems or manuals ?? Experience in aerospace or a related industry ?? Prior customer service experience in a call center or help desk ?? Advanced skills with Excel, Access ?? Experience with relational databases Physical Demands: ?? Must be able to work on a computer for extended periods of time.
