Job Description:

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. Responsibilities: Draft, compose, design and edit correspondence, reports and other formal documents using various software Organize, manage and track written and email correspondence; maintain logs and record follow-up activity Draft correspondence provide through dictation Organize and maintain extensive physical and computerized file and record systems Create and maintain accurate itineraries, agendas, calendars, schedules, notifications and follow-up items Organize, update and maintain business/customer database and corporate files to ensure completeness and accuracy Conduct internet research; collect, review and prepare information; run system queries and reports to provide data Maintain current information on company website and other marketing materials Organize, create and distribute key, complex management reports with a high degree of accuracy Produce complex and professional looking PowerPoint presentations Provide clear communication on the management's behalf within and outside the company while maintaining the security of confidential information Answer and log inbound telephone calls providing accurate information Greet and assist onsite guests Order and track office supplies for company Perform other office tasks as required Qualifications: Previous office administrative expertise Exceptional Computer skills which must include:Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and PowerPoint)Internet research skillsWebsite maintenanceComputer system troubleshootingApple product knowledge a plus Knowledge operating a dictation machine Excellent editing, proofreading and oral/written communication skills - work product must be superior Outstanding organizational and follow thru skills Ability to prioritize and multitask Tenacious attention to detail ???Sensitivity to confidential matters Excellent memory a must Strong phone skills
