Job Description:

Office Assistant, Westchester County, NY Established service company located in Mount Kisco, NY seeking a Part time office assistant for primary; Inventory management, parts ordering and tracking, and secondly answering phones, maintaining our customer database, scheduling appointments and service calls, billing, filing and entering invoices. We are looking for someone with a sharp attention to detail who can work well in a small office environment. Experience with Quickbooks and/or Quickbooks Enterprise a must! Bilingual a Plus, English/Spanish. Part time 4 hours a day 4-5 days a week, must cover 12-1 lunch shift. This is part time with full time possibilitiesThe hours are 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Salary based on experience.
