JOB SUMMARY

Manage the implementation of direct marketing initiatives across the residential market, including direct mail, email, and trigger programs. Contribute to the flawless execution of direct mail campaigns from inception through post campaign analysis. Support the direct mail budget and coordinate with the marketing database team to ensure direct mail and email campaigns are produce on time and within budget. Requires a successful track record of managing direct marketing projects and strong project management skills.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Contribute to the flawless execution of national direct marketing campaigns, including email campaigns, to drive sales and results across all product lines.

Strive to meet or outperform defined response targets for direct marketing programs inclusive of acquisition and customer upgrade, and recommend opportunities to improve results.

Contribute to response tracking and analysis as needed.

Report on expenses for budgeting purposes.

Maintain and communicate campaign calendars for all campaigns.

Build mail matrices and work closely with database marketing team to ensure flawless execution of mail plans.

Work with vendors to ensure productive and cost effective relationhsips.

Collaborate with teams across marketing and the entire organization to plan and execute trigger programs.

Produce post campaign analysis that identifies campaign effectiveness.

Proof read final copy to ensure accurate and correct communication; match creative, versions and other campaign elements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Skills/Abilities and Knowledge

Expertise in direct marketing (especially direct mail and email) with knowledge of production processes, key performance metrics and measurement methodologies

Strong attention to detail.

Highly developed capacity for teamwork and a strong focus on the customer

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently

Ability to manage multiple projects from beginning to end

Ability to work under pressure in a changing environment

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business or related discipline and/or an equivalent experience

Direct marketing experience to include: 6

Marketing management 4

Project Management 4

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge of cable television, high speed Internet and phone products and services preferred
