Creative Marketing Solutions Account Teams each service aset of Gartner business units. Creative Marketing Managers are points ofcontact for Account Teams. Larger Account Teams (e.g., Events) may have both aCreative Marketing Manager and Creative Marketing Director simply because thereare so many clients with that business unit.

Primary focus as Creative Marketing Manager is to beintimately familiar with Gartner end-user mission-critical objectives for eachof the business units you are assigned to and leverage that insight to deliveragency-level creative solutions. You are truly the "head of the spear" whenengaging any client across the business. Ability to assimilate client needs andaudience behaviors, manage the process according to schedule andcommunicate/prioritize project milestones on a consistent basis makes youindispensable to clients.

Creative Marketing Managers are curious, energetic, drivendigital marketing experts. Flawlessly execute singular marketing communicationsprojects that typically have a pre-defined scope and strategy. Your "major" isthe tactical, responsive, transactional management of projects in support ofclient needs and company strategy. Your "minor" is broad, strategic thinkingnecessary for developing multifaceted strategic project plans for largerprojects. Leverage marketing experience (digital, print, social, directmarketing) to deliver results. Accountable for the quality and brandconsistency of all marketing solutions generated for your client within yourCreative Marketing Solutions Account Team. Expected to deliver on-target,polished, customer-centric solutions that meet the business objectives of ourclients. Seeks out new opportunities to extend and strengthen the reach of ourteam.

* Branding and digital-marketing experience

* Strong project management skills, from creative brief torelease

* Manage day-to-day process and deliverables - the primarygoal being client satisfaction

* Work very closely with designers to make sure strategic andtactical parts of larger projects are aligned, completed on time and are highquality

* Utilize process workflow program and tiering strategy tomonitor status of C and D projects (projects most of which you are not workingon) for your clients

* Forecast client needs and offer a game plan (ideas, tactics,technology) that supports their business objectives

* Brand-first mentality. Brand consistency across allcommunications is a chief priority in everything you produce

* Partner with client and product teams to improve productmarketing strategies and tactics to meet client needs and achieve businessobjectives. Identify what it is they need as opposed to what they want

* Implement metrics to measure success of projects

* Utilizes best practices and shares ideas with clients, teamand partners

* Self-adjust. Manage and prioritize personal workload

* Proactively collaborate with colleagues within CreativeMarketing Solutions team as well as Gartner's business and product teams

* Build cases for necessary expenditures(personnel, technology, process) to support client needs and present them toyour manager, Creative Marketing Senior Director who leads Creative MarketingDirectors and Managers on every Creative Marketing Solutions Account Team #LI-AK1

* Four-year degree in marketing or communications or otherbusiness related field from an accredited college or university

* Required: 4 years' experience managing integrated marketingcampaigns (Web, automated email, social media, direct mail, collateral, PPT)

* Required: 2 years of digital marketing experience

* Experience with persona-based marketing

* Sales, events and/or information technology experience

* Eloqua experience

* Events marketing

* Proven ability to handle multiple tasks under tightdeadlines

* Experienced at writing compelling marketing content andpresentations

* Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonalskills

* Demonstrated leadership skills
