Inventory Control Analyst is responsible for reviewing all inventory at risk in the PCNA network, at all DCs and in all plants and Co-packers, and providing disposition for inventory when it reaches warehouse expiration. Ensure inventory is being rotated first in first out and that inventory write off risk is mitigated.


* Manage Blocked Inventory by submitting the weekly Blocked Reports to the QA team, Plants and Planners.

* Improve Order Analysis to share data for reserve reviews and proactively follow up to ensure DCs are shipping the proper lot codes to ensure aging inventory moves.

* Track all products dispositioned for destruction and donation. Maintain data in eRoom for analysis.

* Manage and review all Quality product on hold in the system. Focus on dollar value and reveal potential risk for product remaining on hold which requires evaluation and disposition for potential rework, destruction or donation.

* Manage all requests for "shipping down product". Review requests for validity, confirm inventory exists, and draft Ship down letters that will be sent out to our bottling community and DCs. Provide details to Sr. Management for approval prior to distribution.

* Drive improvement in inventory positions in SAP by working collaboratively with the DCs to ensure inventory is placed in the correct "buckets".

* Act as SME for future enhancements that will provide better inventory tracking mechanisms, and increase capabilities in our partnering plants and DCs.

* Revise reporting as requirements change and evolve to best meet the needs of the business.

* Support Production Planners by reviewing their inventory and providing guidance and assistance in determining best practice for inventory risk.

* Manage all QI releases in SAP for the NACP product that requires five day incubation. Follow up with Plant QA Managers to endure releases are provided in a timely fashion and move materials to shippable status in SAP so product can go out on orders.

* Create and submit weekly reports to the planning team including, but not limited to:

* Inventory Review Report by LOT code

* Inventory Template used to track and maintain risk

* Weekly Blocked Reports to the QA team

* Ship Down Analysis


* Bachelor's Degree Required

* Advanced Excel Required

* 3 years previous inventory management experience in manufacturing or distribution environments.

* Previous experience in inventory reconciliation, planning, and forecasting preferred.

* SAP experience preferred
