The Legal Secretary will provide a wide range of legal administrative support to two attorneys and support as needed to a Paralegal which will include, but will not be limited to, duties of a highly responsible and privileged and/or confidential nature. Maintaining confidentiality and communicating effectively while working with company departments as well as the ability to proactively manage multiple tasks with accuracy and a high sense of urgency and follow-through are critical. Demonstrated ability to anticipate deadlines and consequences, take initiative and work independently is highly valued. Strong organizational skills are imperative.

* Maintain calendar, schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, process invoices and expense reports and make travel arrangements using Concur.
* High level of organization and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
* Interaction with broad base of internal and external clients requiring timely, efficient and accurate responses.
* Maintain litigation, labor and various operating and corporate records.
* Under supervision of department lawyers draft and distribute contracts/correspondence, maintain file organization and management system and maintaining litigation files.
* Excellent written communication and document production skills required.
* Willingness and ability to work overtime when needed.
* Able to perform responsibilities with a high level of professionalism, accuracy, tact and integrity due to the great frequency of internal and external contacts and the high degree of exposure to privileged and/or confidential data.
* Strong interpersonal, collaborative, organizational and communication skills.
* Detailed oriented, forward thinking and proactive.
* Able to apply a high level of independent judgment and initiative in performing responsibilities.

* High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
* 5 years of prior legal experience and
* 5 years working with senior level executives
* 5 years of Microsoft Word (Form Documents; Tables; Formatting) and PowerPoint (Creation, Formatting)
* 5 years multi-tasking and organizing in a fast-paced environment
* 5 years managing travel and expenses through a web-based program such as Concur
* 1 year experience managing documents through a web-based program such as SharePoint
