Responsible for supporting and working with management on compliance and annual projects. Running reports and queries from various systems to provide the required information and follow ups for pension clients. Dealing with government agencies and customers - both in writing and phone. Providing training and guidelines for staff.

+ Learn the system and related tools to extract and analyze data

+ Set up controls to assure that the projects are completed in a timely manner

+ Respond to written and phone inquiries from participants, joint boards, attorneys, and government agencies regarding any open process or claim

+ Training and developing staff as needed

+ Work with other departments to best coordinate required information with the available tools

+ Some college

+ 3 to 4 years prior experience, preferably with some pension experience

+ Management experience

+ Knowledge of daily work flow and making sound and timely decisions always bearing in mind the need of the department.

+ Knowledge of analyzing and arranging work procedures that would allow subordinates to perform their work more efficiently.

+ Must be proficient in Mircrosoft Office - especially Excel and Access
