Due to Company growth and expansion Mavis Discount Tire/STS has openings for experienced Mechanics.

Candidates must follow established company policy and procedures to inspect, diagnose and perform automotive repairs on customer's vehicles. ASE certification in areas of specialization is preferred, and working towards certification is required. The position supports the sales function by completing each job on time, in a quality manner, without error or omission. Possession of a valid driver's license and NYS Inspection license.

Posses extensive personal tools to perform undercar repairs efficiently and safely. Must possess basic math skills and basic pc skills and be able to learn and adhere to Mavis systems and processes. Work in a fast paced environment and handle stressful situations in a professional manner. Must be available all hours of store operations and may be assigned to another Mavis store location within a reasonable geographic area.
