**General Profile:**

* Promote and work with eligible members to join MDRT.

* Responsible for the General Offices in two Zones to review all agents that may qualify to apply for MDRT Membership and analyze agent activity for additional business to meet qualifications.

* Assist with MDRT mentoring program to ensure more potential members and continue to grow recruiting and retention.

* Process transactions for the AALU Ledger Deduction Program.

* Assist in the monthly process of agent and manager roster for ledger deduction and managers advance payments.

* Prepare and maintain monthly report of any NAIFA cancellations for management review.

* Update in Portal any new enrollments or changes for existing members.

* Assist with the Industry Events/Meetings such as MDRT Annual Meeting, NAIFA Convention and other meetings.

* Process industry reimbursements and/or ledger deductions for MDRT, NAIFA and AALU.

* Promote communication, teamwork and the sharing of information and ideas among team staff members.

**Functional Knowledge:**

* Bachelor Degree/or equivalent business experience

* Strong organizational and writing skills

* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access)

* Detailed oriented

* Ability in developing and maintaining well structured data for the unit

* Understanding of industry and products in order to apply MDRT rules and requirements

* Ability to work with the other divisons to compile the needed reports for the Industry Relations division

**Problem Solving:** Review agent standings with the General Office Management in two Zones for recruiting new MDRT members for increases/decreases in order to provide projection and suggestion.

**Decision Making/ Nature of Impact:**Must be able to work independently, but know when to consult with the Manager.

**Communication Requirements:**Ability to communicate in a simplified manner and work with individuals at all levels of the organization.
