Unit Description

This position will report directly to the Sodexo District Manager and Sodexo's client.

This position will require a high level of financial and organizational competency. The qualified candidate must have experience in simultaneously managing numerous projects. The candidate should have experience and proven track record in successfully managing project budgets. The candidate must have experience using computer software such as AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite. The right candidate must have a working knowledge of all aspects of Building Services including Maintenance, Project and Construction Management experience and custodial. In The successful candidate must be task driven and possess great management skills that can motivate and build relationships. This position provides oversight in all areas of construction projects to ensure client satisfaction and retention for the company. Manages the planning, implementation and allocation of resources and activities of capital construction projects to ensure project completion within timelines, contract specification and budget.

Technical Duties and Responsibilities:

* Maintains and develops client relationships and client satisfaction in al areas to ensure account retention
* Fulfills contractual obligations to the client
* Oversees expenditures to control project costs
* Plans project, including defining objectives, scope, specifications, methods, timetables, staffing, contract requirements and budget
* Evaluates, identifies and implements new ideas, technologies or process improvements to increase organizational efficiencies and cost savings
* Accountable for the execution of service quality by maintaining highest level of delivery #LI

Position Summary

Plans, directs and coordinates activities of designated capital projects. Reviews project proposal, establishes work plan and manages contractors to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED

Basic Management Experience - 2 years

Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in facilities maintenance, plant operations or engineering services
