We are looking for talented and passionate engineers to join our team.

The Engineering organization at Pratt & Whitney is divided into four Module Centers, including Hot Section, Compression and Mechanical Systems, Fans and Externals, and Product Delivery. The Module Centers are a world-class engineering organization, aligned by component-level hardware in different sections of the jet engine. The four module centers work in tandem to deliver Pratt and Whitney's trademark Dependable Engines.

Entry-level project engineers will be valued members of an integrated product team (IPT), made up of designers, structures engineers, product modeling & drawing staff, and systems analysts. This position is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to a variety of disciplines within engineering. The IPTs are tasked with sustaining fielded engines through product deficiency investigations and developing product enhancements. The IPTs will also resolve manufacturing issues in support of new engine production.

Individually, the entry-level project engineer will be tasked with project management activities such as budget and schedule planning, IPT team meeting coordination, product qualification testing, and hardware procurement coordination. The candidate will work in a multi-disciplinary team across module centers, execute engineering standard work, and drive tasks to meet program milestones. It is an exciting time at Pratt & Whitney! This is a unique opportunity for a college graduate or emerging professional to start a long career working on cutting-edge technologies on the best engines in the world.
