United Technologies Corporate Headquarters is seeking a Human Resources Manager to support key functional areas in the Corporate office, which includes select groups within the Finance function. The successful candidate will be a strategic business partner that will provide HR client support and will interface extensively with senior leaders, employees, and UTC Business Unit representatives.

Key responsibilities include:

Develop strong working relationships with senior functional leaders and the HR team by providing effective and timely human resources services.

Utilize standard processes and best practices to align human resource initiatives with business objectives.

Effectively manage and execute on multiple HR processes, including: talent acquisition, leadership development, performance management, employee engagement, diversity & inclusion, and compensation planning.

Actively manage recruiting and sourcing strategies and planning for Internal Audit and Shared Business Services organizations.

Develop and manage enterprise-wide functional leadership development programs.

Establish strategic development for leadership programs; identify and develop relationships with colleges and universities, coordinate recruiting activities, manage onboarding process, and provide coaching and development to program associates.

HR Member of the Women's Forum Executive Committee. - provide input and support UTC Finance-wide initiatives.

Provide HR leadership to the development of the UTC Finance D&I ERG for the global finance population. Lead the Executive Committee in the design and execution of strategies aimed at driving an inclusive culture within and outside of the function.

Create and implement innovative and cost effective strategies and tactics to attract and retain top talent at all levels of the organization.

Objectively assess and bring employee relations issues to resolution. Demonstrate the ability to counsel employees on HR processes and procedures, performance management and career planning.

Leverage ACE tools and methodology to align with business needs.

Lead and support special projects as assigned. Qualifications Minimum 6 to 10 years of progressively responsible HR Generalist roles or a combination of generalist and specialist experience

Prior experience working with senior executives strongly desired

Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to cultivate strong working relationships

Excellent communications skills (written and verbal)

Ability to influence without direct supervisory responsibilities

Strong business judgment skills with the ability to deal with ambiguity

High degree of professional maturity and integrity in handling confidential information is essential

Results oriented with a keen focus on success and achievement

Strong process orientation and ability to develop and follow standard work; attention to detail

Able to prioritize workload and adapt in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and customer requirements Education BS in HR or related field required;

MBA or advanced degree in Management or HR preferred
