The Local National Talent Acquisition Specialist, within Pratt and Whitney's Talent Program organization is responsible for effectively leading and managing the talent acquisition and onboarding processes for Pratt and Whitney's international local hires pursuant to policies and practices for United Technologies Corporation (UTC), Pratt and Whitney (P&W), and United Technologies International Operations (UTIO).

The role works in collaboration with the leadership team for UTIO and the P&W HR Client Manager team by supporting the foreign local national hiring process. This role will act as the subject matter expert for global hiring across P&W's UTIO network. Qualifications Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration or other related field

* 3-5 years Up to Experience as an HR generalist supporting an international organization; included but not limited to internal audits merit planning and policy development.

* 3-5 years HR generalist supporting recruitment for international organization

* 3-5 years Manages the entire hiring or termination process for foreign local nationals

* Up to 5 years of project management experience from tracking applicants, interview process to onboarding new employees.

Preferred Qualifications:

* 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably hiring non-US local nationals across multiple regions and countries

* 3 - 5 years of experience as an HR generalist supporting an international organization will also be considered

* 3 - 5 years of experience with global employment contracts and/or international payroll systems and processes

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration or other related field.
