Job Description:

We are seeking an Addministrator/broker Assistant to join our team! You will be responsible for the front desk responsibilities, answering calls, sending out electronic data sheets, working with the multiple listing services, including Loop Net CERC and Co-Star, as well as greeting our customers and employees when the come to the office. Responsibilities:keeping our Web site up to date with our propertieskeeping our central files up to datecreating marking Brochures, and data sheet for our associated brokers listingCommunicating our construction activates to the appropriate party responsibleAdministrating the payments of Sub contractors checksworking with our bookkeeping department regarding filing, and some billing for particular jobsReporting to clients, regarding rental payments recievedOther work required from Owner Qualifications:Preferred CT Real Estate licenseFamiliarity with MLS and Loop Net and Web Site workAbility to build rapport with customersStrong self starting and problem solving and critical thinking skillsAbility to keep office moving and supplied and functioning at all time
