HCM works across the organization and with a variety of stakeholders.This position reports to the VP of Human Capital Management and will workclosely with all HCM team members.


  • Build a talent sourcing program: Develop and execute strategies for finding candidates for specific job tracks and critical skills talent

  • Source candidates and generate a talent pipeline by searching the web, conducting passive candidate outreach, online networking with candidates and other relationship building strategies

  • Execute full life cycle recruitment according to Paraco processes from job postings through the candidate onboarding stage

  • Manage candidate information in ADP Workforce Now Applicant Tracking System (ATS) database and inflow of candidate resumes

  • Conduct behavioral-based interviews in line with Paraco's hiring methodology. Ensure competency requirements are fulfilled by the candidates before evaluation by the hiring manager

  • Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and hiring team throughout the recruitment process including coordination of interview scheduling with the candidate and hiring manager

  • Train hiring managers and hiring teams on competency selection, interviewing skills, recruiting process and selection tools

  • Conduct consensus meetings with the hiring team on candidate selection and act as ongoing candidate relationship manager

  • Provide ongoing value-added recruitment advice to hiring manager

  • Analyze short-term and long-term hiring needs and advise hiring managers on labor market availability and sourcing techniques

  • Prepare sourcing statistics and other reporting

  • Support special candidate events (career fairs, campus event support, virtual fairs, employee training, etc.)

  • Assist in any other special Talent Acquisition projects as directed by the VP of Human Resources

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

  • 2+ years of experience as a recruiter in an agency or corporate setting

  • 2+ years of experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS), and/or related and transferable business experience

  • 2+ years of experience using behavioral based interviewing techniques

  • 2+ years of experience using social channels such as LinkedIn or Indeed to source candidates

  • 5+ years of related and transferable business experience in the retail sector

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

  • Must be an advocate of employee engagement and a team player who thrives in a collaborative work environment

  • Up to 20% travel to the various company branches
