# Job Description

The Client Service Representative is a key position designed for someone who can excel and has proven experience in multiple areas of customer service and client project management. The right candidate must be flexible and dedicated with a passion for serving clients with integrity, a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Primary client contact for major account.

* Coordinate data/lists transfers and relevant data matching with client. -Manage and coordinate reporting requirements and loading of new inventory.

* Respond to questions regarding health insurance from internal staff and client. R

* Reconciliation of inventory and special reports.

* Adhere to all relevant regulations related to our involvement with HIPAA and Data Privacy and Alltran and our clients compliance programs.

* Answer questions regarding hospital billing policies and procedures.

# Job Requirements

Qualifications Required:

* Project Management skills and experience.

* Client/Project coordination background and client services management experience.

* Strong communicator with ability to articulate policies and procedures.

* Preferred working knowledge and understanding of hospital billing.

* Team player.

* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

* Ability to juggle multiple projects without missing a beat while maintaining enthusiasm.

* Strong math skills

* Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office-Word, Access, PowerPoint and, particularly, Excel.
