Kinsley Power Systems is looking for a AMS (After Market Sales) Inside Sales Coordinator. This position is responsible for establishing a partnership with each member of the Sales Team to maximize selling time, ensure accuracy in bill of material (BOM) orders, achieve uncompromising excellence in all levels of customer satisfaction and ultimately be a strong contributor to the achievement of department and company sales volume goals

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

* Answers and responds to e-mail/telephone inquiries; customer questions, logistics and critical sales issues, including very timely rental fleet price/availability responses, working with operations on fulfillment, as well as working with Accounts Receivable to ensure timely and accurate billing to customers
* Clearly understand and relay the sales engineer needs for each order, and process requests for quotations and purchase orders in a timely manner online, over the phone and/or via email
* Follow up on work in process to ensure appropriate work flow through sales, supply base companies, operations, and finance/collections is being followed; daily communications for all sales order confirmation emails, investigate order discrepancies
* Process, assemble and submit quotes and orders within established deadlines, as well as verifying and cross referencing all invoices before turned over to Accounts Payable
* Warehouse logistics support, including but not limited to loading/unloading trucks, organizing warehouse stock and associated paperwork.
* Familiarization with and aptitude for mastery of company computer / business systems use (Great Plains, CRM, and Kohler's company web site), process compliance and improvement
* Works cross-functionally to ensure all elements of the order, sales, after sales support are being fulfilled
* Represents the sales department by participating in interdepartmental teams; interacting with other departments in a positive, effective and supportive manner
* Other duties as assigned

Minimum Education, Qualifications, Skills, Competencies and Experience:

* Associates Degree plus 2+ years experience in high level administrative support position preferred; a combination of work experience and education will be considered on a case by case basis
* Ability to multi-task under pressure with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills required
* Highly accountable within a procedural environment with a proven record of providing high level of client service
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal required with the ability to present a positive and professional impression while interacting with a diverse population
* Ability to understand and communicate technical information required
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel as well as ability to master new software programs
* Ability to work with Sales Engineers to process quotes and factory/supply company orders in a timely manner, to ensure proper ship dates and to contribute towards realizing sales goals
