Administrative Support TRVJP2663 Hartford, CT 2 Month Contract Proficient in MS office suite (Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel) Strong communication skills, organizational skills and able to work independently and multi task Experience in an office environment Skills that would be a plus but not required: • Sharepoint, Access • PPM • Basic insurance knowledge May be potential for this role to become permanent. Description Business Support Queue Management: triage new requests (clarify business need, update PPM for reporting/tracking); weekly report generation/distribution; facilitate weekly meetings with IT coordinators and Business Partners to discuss new requests - post meeting follow up with Queue Managers, Business requestors, IT etc. Maintain records in PPM. Direct issues/questions to appropriate Queue Manager for resolution. myBI Queue Management: triage new requests; follow up on items routed to our team - obtain estimates, log in PPM, direct issues/questions to appropriate Queue Manager for resolution. •General Administrative support: o Weekly status reporting on Enhancement & Business Support queues (download from PPM, format & distribute) o Support monthly reporting cycle (running reports and inserting into Powerpoint decks) o Preparation of weekly EMT agenda (post meeting updates - document minutes, update PPM, follow up on selected items) o Preparation of weekly BDR agenda (post meeting updates - follow up on selected items, attach baselines to PPM) o Preparation of meeting decks for Enhancement status meetings with the Business
