JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the Senior Director/Director, Outbound Telemarketing; manages Outbound Telemarketing campaigns and third party vendors. Responsibilities include the execution of the functions required to achieve the outlined sales and marketing strategies, including the compilation of sales and performance results across multiple vendors and the day-to-day management of vendor relationships to achieve sales and installation budgets.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES

* Cultivate strong vendor/call center relationships and coordinate and analyze result detail to identify sales and performance enhancement opportunities.

* Develop and manage comprehensive result reporting and the coordination of best in class sales practices to share across call centers/vendors for call handling and sales optimization.

* Facilitate team status calls and coordinate and execute ongoing call monitoring identifying sales skill set opportunities and offer strategy opportunities

* Create and execute ideas to incent agents to perform at highest level and assist call centers/vendors with ongoing agent management to promote optimal sales performance and reduce churn on the business, which includes site visits to monitor performance first-hand.

* Work closely with internal Database, Marketing Science and Training teams in support of driving sales and the related key metrics of the business
