As a Sales Supervisor in our Consumer and Mass Markets division, you'll be leading and inspiring a team of consultants to sell game-changing technology solutions in a call center.

* Manage a team of 10 - 18 consultants.

* Motivate your team to deliver first-class customer service.

* Lead your team to maximize sales opportunities and hit targets.

* Review and analyze call center reports.

Provide regular feedback, identify coaching opportunities and manage the team's progress.


. Must have:

* An advanced degree or equivalent work experience.

* Knowledge of general internet concepts, such as data speeds, popular consumer apps and over-the-top (OTT) applications.

* Proficient working with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

* Flexible work hours required including working nights and weekends.

Ideally, you will also have:

* Two or more years of supervisory experience in sales support/customer service call center environment.

* Experience effectively coaching and developing employees in a sales environment providing skills, support and motivation.

* Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills.

* Ability to travel on occasion.
