Selected candidates will be provided access to health care, dental and a 401k plan. Job Responsibilities: • Install, racking, panels, and stand offs for photovoltaic solar systems. • Install wiring and inverters - String and Micro. • Help organize and maintain system components in warehouses, trucks and at job sites. • Manage and perform project electrical inspections. • Perform project layouts. • Examine electrical one line and generate parts list. • Attend training sessions on new products, installation methodology and safety. Candidate Requirements: • CT - E2 License - Required. • OSHA - 10 required, OSHA 30 preferred. • Previous experience installing photovoltaic systems is preferred. Training provided. • Knowledge of electrical installation, roofing and general construction is required. • 1+ year of experience working on roofs (you must love heights). • Superb customer service skills. • A high level of professionalism and a positive demeanor is a MUST. • Physical mobility of upper and lower body. • Capability to climb ladders, stairs, and work on rooftops. • Capability to lift 50 lbs. of weight frequently throughout assigned workday. • Valid state driver's license and clean driving record. • North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners (NABCEP) certification preferred.
