Area The Area Business Development Representative Position Purpose Provide overall execution of the strategic sales vision, sales leadership as well as expertise in development and execution of successful programs required to aggressively grow the company .We are the leading provider of internet solutions for the convenience, grocery and petroleum markets. Our applications are based on 31 years' experience and designed to significantly impact profits. Our partnership allows us to aggressively market and support our products through a partnership network of 300 sales representative and 50,000 active end user accounts. The Area Business Development Representative for Smart C-Stores, LLC. (d/b/a Success Systems) will be expected to be a key part of the strategic direction of the company and responsible for executing the direct revenue. The company's successful growth will be driven by your ability to leverage a key partner relationship and execute a strategy that includes the organization of a network of 300 referral representatives who service 50,000 retailers. The right person will broaden the volume, revenue and capitalize on the recently launched partnerships / inside selling path to market, thus resulting in strong growth in market relationships. The Area Business Development Representative will be responsible for, and heavily focused on, all aspects of revenue streams and sale methods, the focus and results including the overall "key holder" for a key major account. Position Requirements The right person will have the following skills and attributes - Ability to work with and develop our key customer's sales force of 1,100 representatives as lead generating assets - Maximize our product penetration of 50,000 partner accounts who are products are recommended to - Minimum 2 years related sales & 1 years of technology based sales - Implement innovative new business and product strategies that drive higher levels of revenue, market growth and profit - Ability ot be a strong presenter of our applications both via the phone and screen share services - Develop and disseminate systems for the gathering and screening of competitive intelligence relative to company strategy. Provide regular briefings relative to business trends, strategic opportunities and threats and scenario planning. - Enjoys the income and thrill of sales - Is analytical in nature - Has the ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization. - Can navigate effectively complex environments and buying processes. - Strong understanding of the value of CRM solutons - working knowledge of Microsoft CRM a plus - Strong Windows 7, 8 and/or10 and Office suite skills - Enjoys working in an entrepreneurial environment - Can demonstrate very strong interpersonal skills - Highly motivated and outgoing personality - Fully committed to the concept that peformance is judge by revenue generated. - Understands the value of being part of a growing organization in the long term Full program and policy statements presented in the Employment Agreement, Employee Manual or Offer Letter provided to those candidates who are offered a position.
