We are seeking passionate, care management professionals dedicated to delivering the highest quality in-home care management programs to clients enrolled in our private pay home care program. •RN- Full Time Clinical Manager/Director of Nursing- Private Pay Home Care - White Plains, NY - The position is responsible for ensuring quality and appropriateness of service to all clients, and for maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. Qualified individual will be knowledgeable and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations to which we may be subject. By ensuring service and satisfaction standards, the position spearheads high levels of "Word of Mouth" referrals and budget goals. Authority and Responsibilities Dependent on the size of the office, the Manager of Clinical Services may directly perform some or all of the activities associated with these responsibilities below. The position includes, but is not limited to, the following: •Ensures Clinical competence/excellence •Responsible for maintaining Professional/Paraprofessional productivity and margins within budget goals •Responsible to maximize services for revenue growth by reviewing and approving all cases and potential care plans •Ensures superior customer service •Adheres to all policies, procedures and standards set forth by the company, state and federal regulations •Anticipates, identifies and reports in a timely manner on areas of potential risk; and plans their resolution or prevention. Qualifications Role Requirements •Valid RN license with no disciplinary action with a minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing in the state of residence •At least 3 years of Nursing experience, preferably care management experience •This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB. •Possession of valid state driver's license and access to an automobile •Existing community and professional contacts within the geographic market •Knowledge of community resources •Proven leadership ability to influence, motivate, develop, and empower employees to achieve objectives with a team approach. •At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience •Proficient with Microsoft applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint •This role is a part of Humana's Driver Safety program and therefore requires and individual to have a valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100,000/300,000/100,00 limits Join a growing company where your talents are appreciated and your skills are rewarded!
