Sales ExecutiveAccount Manager - Healthcare Payer Solutions - CT

The Sales ExecutiveAccount Manager - Healthcare Payer Solutions - is an individual contributor that will:

* Manage and grow existing business in a number of assigned accounts.

* Drive new business opportunities within assigned accounts by selling the portfolio of Xerox services through travel for face-to-face client meetings.

* Gain an in-depth understanding of the client's business and introduce solutions from Xerox's collective portfolio to address current or anticipated needs. (Proven experience creating value for clients.)

* Develop and maintain business relationships with senior level executives.

* Champion internal collaboration and coordinate resources necessary to execute on the identified client strategy.

* Support all stages of the sales process, ultimately achieving or exceeding identified sales targets.

* Participate in Account Planning activities and Quarterly Business Reviews. Act as a steward for good business.

* Maintain accurate Account detail in CRM ( including keeping client contacts up-to-date, activities, opportunities and all documents relating to opportunities.

What we're looking for...

* 5 years of services sales experience.

* Highly motivated sales professionals with deep desire to succeed and grow professionally and financially.

* Demonstrated success in Key Account Sales, building up an account and substantially growing the share of wallet.

* Proven track record of identifying and connecting with prospective business stakeholders and Senior Executives within target organizations.

* Demonstrated business and financial acumen.

* Strong business analytical skills, relationship management and collaboration skills.

* Experience developing and maintaining relationships at senior levels in client organizations.

* Excellent communication skills.

* Experience in Healthcare Payer, Outsourcing, Payment Recovery, Claim Processing preferred.

* Bachelor's degree required.
