Bilingual/Spanish Customer Service Representative
Well known regional healthcare company located in Tarrytown, NY is looking for an energetic, highly motivated and experienced service rep. This candidate will make scripted outbound courtesy calls to members that are due to renew their coverage through the marketplace or that need reminder calls to make appointments, etc. He/she will make recertification calls to the members providing them with information regarding the recertification process. He/she will be working off an excel sheet and must update the member's file each time they make contact.
Candidates must be bilingual in Spanish/English
Previous customer service and call center experience
Excellent communication/phone skills
Data entry skills
