**Role Summary:**

Primary responsibility includes strategic account managementfor large and/or complex national accounts\. Also responsible for the sales ofadditional products/services to existing accounts\. Responsibilities includeimplementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets through selling newbusiness to existing accounts, managing major account relationships, andorganizing and leveraging the national accounts sales force\.


?? The core responsibilities for the NationalAccount Executive position are to manage, maintain, and grow a book ofbusiness\.

?? Travel is required\.

?? Develop and execute on book of business plansfor meeting annual National Account goals for persistency, profitability, raterenewal actions, and referrals\.

?? Active participation at pre\-sale meetings,finalist presentations, utilization review meetings, strategic planning\.

?? Identify and develop credible referralopportunities\.

?? Effectively manages, in conjunction with theimplementation team, the on\-boarding of new sold cases and additional lines ofcoverage sold to existing accounts\.

?? Coordinates timely and effective meetingsscheduled with client/producer, including case installation, consultativereview of utilization, renewal coordination\.


?? 4 year college degree required or equivalency\.

?? Minimum 2 years of Account Management orUnderwriting experience\.

?? Group Life Health Sales License required\.

?? Has working knowledge of the market segment,industry, CGI products and services, and primary Medical\-Disabilityconnectivity\.

?? Financial/Underwriting acumen, technicalknowledge and analytical skills with effective presentation capabilities\.

?? Knowledge of competitor's group insuranceproducts, provisions, and overall philosophy with the ability to leverage ourcompetencies to further support profitability and sales objectives
