The Employer Installation Specialist is responsible for the installation of assigned accounts. This position is responsible for overall employer contract loading using various databases and/or source documents. You may research installation issues and develop customer specific resolutions. This also may include auditing contract loads for adherence to quality measures and reporting standards.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Prepare plan materials such as administrative documents and customer education materials
* Provide support to external customers and team members
* Serve as a resource to business partners and co-workers
* Structure building, revisions and billing set up
* Research and resolve structure issues
* Conduct database loading
* Contribute to the success of customer implementation through active participation in new business meetings
* Maintain acceptable and appropriate quality levels and production turnaround times
* Assist with the development of process improvements for the department
* Our BOM team works on a variety of client types: worker's compensation, third party administrators, discount cards, hospitals, labor and trust, and hospice. This diverse client base allows us the opportunity to learn many different design types and the corresponding coding that goes with these differing client types.

The team is a mix of employees that work within an office and telecommuters. We have a fast paced environment where priorities change based upon client's needs. Our main goal is to fulfill client requests to research or code within established turnaround times while maintaining high quality.

Position in this function are responsible for the installation of assigned accounts, including, but not limited to: structure building and billing set up, structure revisions, researching and resolving structure issues, database loading, and preparation of plan materials such as administrative documents and customer education materials. Positions are responsible for overall employer contract loading using various databases and/or source documents. May research installation issues and develop customer specific resolutions. May include auditing contract loads for adherence to quality measures and reporting standards.

Required Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or GED
* Must have 3+ years of RxCLAIM Coding with experience testing and coding for clients with custom designs
* Knowledge of Claims Processing Systems, Guidelines, and Processes
* Excel - Data Entry, Sort/filter, and work within tables, V Lookups, Pivot Tables, and utilize formulas
* Experience in Healthcare

Preferred Qualifications:

* An Undergraduate Degree or higher
* Experience in a previous position with Direct Client Contact
* Pharmaceutical experience

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

* Frequent speaking, listening using a headset, sitting, use of hands/fingers across keyboard or mouse, handling other objects, long periods working at a computer
* Service center environment with moderate noise level due to Representatives talking, computers, printers, and floor activity
