Our Executive Chef, Paul, is seeking a DINING ROOM MANAGER to join his Food Service Management team. Our Dining Room Manager has the ability to coach their team of roughly 10 servers by enhancing their service skills and understanding of our elderly population.

Whether it is recognizing that a resident is having a hard day and giving them an extra special dessert, or helping a server provide excellent service to a challenging table, we are seeking your skills and passion. This position is perfect for someone who has previous fine dining restaurant serving experience, enjoys identifying areas needing systems to be put into place, teaching others, and who excels in communication and problem solving.

Salary ranges from $28,250 per year to $29,250 per year depending on pertinent restaurant and management experience.

Other requirements include:
Must be able to pass a drug test, physical and criminal background check.
Must have experience serving in a full service restaurant, management experience preferred.
Must love elderly people and making a difference in people's lives through small acts of service.
