To learn more about us (but no direct inquires, only online applications will be considered), please visit our website at [please apply online] Essential Responsibilities for the Account Executive : Sell packaging and packaging components to a variety of industries Prospect and develop new business Meet goals for prospect pipeline, number of calls, and other prospecting behavioral measurements Report directly to the GM/VP and work closely with Customer Service staff to serve customer needs Become a sustained resource through value-added sales capabilities Maintain a small amount of key accounts Interface with Supply Chain, Product Managers, Marketing, and Production as necessary Limited overnight travel as necessary Attend semi-regular sales meetings in NJ Qualifications for the Account Executive: 3-5 years proven business-to-business outside sales experience Experience in rigid packaging is required Documented success selling to C-level executives and multiple levels of decision makers in large complex accounts Demonstrable business acumen meaning, you can bring together the working parts of the selling cycle and close the deal History of effective use of a value selling methodology to create a business case for taking business from a competitor Documented history of top sales performance Past earnings history of at least $80,000 - $90,000 Experience with computerized order entry, CRM software, and basic MS Office products required.
