Job Description:

We are looking for a Digital Account Director who is a big-picture thinker, charismatic leader, long-term relationship builder and a driven personality to lead and inspire cross-functional teams. You'll be part of a forward-thinking team charged with developing digital strategies and solutions as an integral component of our brand and event strategies. That means building a deep understanding of our internal and external customers and their objectives, being the ambassador of digital capabilities to our internal customers, partnering closely with portfolio, event and marketing leadership and teams and collaborating with people in every area and at every level of our organization to deliver business results through digital.Cultural fit is also very important to us, and, as such, the candidate should enjoy working in a fun, fast-paced, hands-on environment with a can-do attitude. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital design, strategy and creativity. They will help in product development and put together a pitch to persuade executive leadership and Sr. management of their ideas. You will work with innovative and cutting edge tools and technologies in the digital space. You will help in the creation of user experience with our digital platforms to enhance shows.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage the day-to-day internal relationships with the portfolio, event and marketing teams, as well as within digital, to build a strong sense of trust and solve any front line issuesWork closely with assigned show teams to identify their needs and/or challenges and recommend targeted solutions that incorporate the appropriate digital products and services.Act as the primary point of contact for assigned shows; escalate, track and solve client issuesCollaborate with the digital team to develop project scopes and proposals across digital solutions, including web, mobile, digital marketing, media and other products (deliverables, schedules, budgets, etc.)Translate requests into clear directives for the Digital team, and regularly brainstorm with them, introducing strategies and providing feedback to help achieve the show team vision and goalsSupport your portfolio in achieving business goals by building strategic and creative digital solutionsIntroduce and evangelize our digital capabilities, emphasizing Search, Social and Mobile innovationDevelop in-depth knowledge of the industries we serve and understand points of commonality, as well as unique business needsProvide input and own delivery against key metrics that demonstrate the value of digital. Leverage those metrics to test and learn and change approaches as necessaryInterpret and analyze results data to improve ROI REQUIREMENTS:BS/BA from leading institution7-10 years work experience, with progressive leadership and management responsibilities, including at least 5 years of deep digital experience, developing, strategizing, building and deploying digital solutionsDeep understanding of the direction the digital landscape is going and a passion for all things digital, including the application to drive measurable business valueFact based decision making framework and experiencing leveraging data, analytics and insights to support decision makingComfortable and effective in complex project environments, and working with both long-range and short-term business objectives and management of multiple stakeholdersComfortable with leadership through influenceKnowledge and experience with the events business highly desirableKnowledge of and direct experience in media desirableKnowledge of and direct industry experience in Jewelry or Vision highly desirableSuperior client service and demonstrated ability to grow internal and external client relationshipsFlexibility to accommodate change and be flexible to changing and sometimes competing prioritiesExceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) and openness to providing feedback to help iterate the businessSuccess in presenting strategic solutions and POVs that demonstrate thought leadership, and engage across different digital solutionsThe ability to translate clients' goals and objectives into actionable & measurable digital solutionsStrong interpersonal, customer service, presentation, organizational and problem-solving skillsStrong self-discipline and time management skillsStrong quantitative and analytical skills Why work with us? ??
