Serve as the main marketing consultant responsible for marketing support within the MassMutual Workplace division, which includes Retirement and Benefits products. Be part of a team that is supporting repositioning MassMutual as a holistic solutions provider that distinguishes itself with innovation that supports financial wellness among three customer audiences - financial professionals, employers and employees. Be a change agent within marketing as we continue evolve our marketing efforts to a consultative strategic approach. Breadth of skills are welcome, and the ideal candidate is comfortable in b2b marketing, b2c welcome if they are able to quickly learn complex businesses. Must be adept at translating target audience insights into both positioning and value prop development - as well as marketing campaign development and ultimately how to develop marketing strategies that support business objectives. ,Responsibilities:

• Understand complex needs from the business and from the market, and simplify into a clear and actionable plan.

• Ideate and execute on new marketing opportunities and the best tactics to support a business need whether to address a b2b customer like a financial professional or whether to support a consumer making a decision about their retirement or protection product needs

• Develop and lead a number of major Marketing initiatives across a number of markets and audiences. Measure effectiveness of efforts and adjust accordingly.

• Effectively engage and communicate with key business partners to align priorities and influence business areas. Present and message actionable and relevant information around marketing plans and deliverables to senior leadership as needed

Basic Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in a Marketing/Communications function with digital marketing expertise

• Excellent communication (both oral and written) skills

• Proven effectiveness in fast-paced, demanding, client-driven environment

• Strong time management skills with the proven ability to work well under pressure and commitment to meeting deadlines

• Experience managing internal and external communications vendors

• Detail-focused and solution-oriented

• 4 year College Degree

• Qualified Candidates must be authorized to work in the US for any employer without requiring Visa Sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred Qualifications:
