The Senior Analyst, Field Reporting is a key contributor to the Business Analytics team responsible for subnational data reporting and associated analytics to Regeneron's field-based teams. The person in this role will proactively work with the Regeneron Field Sales Teams and will engage cross-functionally to optimize the business application of standard sub-national sales reports across all Regeneron therapeutic markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for assessing the need for, designing, creating, generating, and productionizing new standard field sales reports.

• Responsible for accepting change and enhancement requests to existing standard field sales reports, assessing best practice, and making all appropriate revisions.

• Ensure all reports are prioritized, developed, and continuously refined based on business/customer requirements, and documented as required.

• Responsible for preparing all sales report training materials and presenting reports to current and new Regeneron end-users and cross functional stakeholders in a clear and concise format with a focus on training for optimal use and on findings to assist in decision making aligned to the sales strategy.

• Responsible for engaging with other business analytics team colleagues, third party vendors, and alliance partners about data and application file exchange, aggregation and integration in order to draft timely and accurate communication with Field Sales Leadership, the IC team, the CRM team, Brand teams, etc, for dissemination about the following as they relate to standard field sales reports: Timelines for prescriber maintenance and apportionment; Territory prescriber lists, alignment changes, target updates; Report changes; Data issues

• Understanding of the prescriber maintenance and apportionment processes, the business requirements for prescriber lists, the application of all sales force alignments and customer targets as required by the business across the Field based teams and their reports in order to draft the aforementioned communications.

Experience and Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree required 3 years pharmaceutical sales data and reporting and/or relevant experience in the healthcare industry

• 5+ years overall work experience

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing multiple priorities

• Ability to interact with various levels of management and cross functionally

• Strong collaborative and customer service skills

• Ability to interact effectively with field teams, vendors and Alliance partners

• In-depth and advanced knowledge of MS suite (word, excel, powerpoint), Qlikview (Qliksense), Tableau

• Strong understanding of the business issues faced by the field sales teams and how to turn data into application

• Strong ability to translate data into actionable information

• Strong attention to detail to design and enhance appropriate field reports

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Customer service and strong responsiveness skills

• Judgment to make decisions and understand the impact on business

• Strong time management skills to juggle multiple priorities under time constraints

• Patience to exercise investigative skills to identify gaps/errors in report data

• Detail-orientated with strong analytical and problem solving skills
