The HRBP is a generalist HR role. He/she is the key interlocutor for team leaders/Danoners proximity activities for Recruitment (e.g. needs identifications), Talent (e.g. team leaders coaching on their developing role, performance management, people coaching, talent review preparation), Learning (e.g. One Learning a Day facilitation), C&B (e.g. ASR proposition), Admin/Payroll (e.g. time administration), Social (e.g. H&S) and he/she provides support for transformation projects. This position requires to connect, understand and influence different stakeholders.

Main Activities:

Business Strategy

* Ensure application of HR policies and guidelines (prerequisite: understanding and appropriation of business strategy)

* Work closely with the CBUs' functions lead to support business successes


* Think and act ahead: project into the future, consider different options and commit to achieve the ambition

Consumers, Customers & Stakeholders

* Understand and influence stakeholders

* Develop a strong network within CBU & CBS

People & Teams

* Foster openness and trust, as well as a collaborative mindset to act as One Team with CBS Teams

Process & Projects:

* Social

* Implement/Ensure application of H&S working conditions

* Conduct surveys, execute action

* Lead discipline, grievance and employee relations. Assist and empower managers on individual employee relations' issues

* Support transformation projects and vision building processes

* Learning activities

* Help animate Danone's learning strategy, enable and facilitate One Learning a Day

* Provide inputs/review training plan

* Identify collective competencies needs to support business transformation

* Define ASR Proposition with Team Leaders

Process & Projects: proximity activities

* Talent acquisition activities

* Partner with Talent Management function to contribute to talent needs identification

* Ensure headcount approval and budget reconciliation of roles to be posted

* Partner with hiring manager to open and approve job requisitions

* interview candidates & make final selection

* Validate candidate and coordinate with Talent team for the management of the offer

* Conduct on-boarding activities in CBU

* Talent Development activities

* Support the process of high quality career discussions, as the first HR point of contact for a Danoner looking for advice

* Is the first HR point of contact for team leaders in developing individual & team performance

* Share/ Report insights on individual and team skill gaps and development needs/desires with Talent Manager

* Support, challenge & coach head of functions

* Lead individual performance process

* Partner with Talent Manager to host team talent development activities

* Consolidate performance reviews at CBU level with heads of function and give consolidated data and recommendations to CBS Talent Manager

* Support Talent Manager in preparation of talent review

* Identify critical succession roles and partner with Talent Manager on action planning

* Support managers for exit management

* C&B/IM activities

* Give recommendation on ASR matrix and reward frame

* Validate ASR exceptions for staff and provide ASR proposal for managers and directors

* Challenge Team leaders/head of functions to ensure the application of ASR framework & guidelines and fairness between Danoners

* Give recommendations on salary increase to CBS

* Request managers change of position classification

* Co build package proposition with CBS C&B and Talent team, explain it to new joiner .

Administration & Payroll

* Leave: Confirm return date & interview employee to find a suitable return position

* Manage absenteeism actions

* Support payroll if needed , Support time administration (with managers)

Candidate Profile:

* Act from the principle that Danoners are at the heart of our decisions.

* Bachelor's degree is preferred. MBA, MS in Human Resource is a plus.

* Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience in supporting diverse client groups.

* Ability to travel is required

* 5 to 10 years of expeience of HR experience
