Job Purpose:

The Sales Manager is primarily responsible for supporting the General Manager by helping to drive the sales process in a club. This is accomplished by helping the GM source and assess qualified sales talent, train and upskill the sales talent and executing a flawless sales process.

Key Areas of Focus:

* Sell memberships according to TSI sales management processes.

* Supervise membership consultants in his/her club.

* Source and recruit membership consultants as assigned.

* Train and develop membership consultants.

* Assess membership consultant trainees upon completion of training

* Oversee initial membership consultant assessment and first 30 days in role.

* Deliver a great experience to all guests who visit the club.

Requirements

Required Skills and Experience:

* 4 - 5 years or more of sales experience in a fitness, hospitality or retail environment.

* 1-2 years prior corporate account experience leveraging advanced selling skills to cultivate a long term business relationship

* Adherence and compliance to protocol and company processes (sales, recruiting, training, coaching)

* Excellent customer service skills, outgoing, motivational, and friendly.

* Ability to form collaborative partnerships and work closely with General Managers and Business Directors.

* Ability to communicate in a clear, succinct and professional manner.

* Ability to provide feedback and coaching that is specific and constructive.

Able to work a full-time flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business, including mornings, evenings, holidays and weekends
